Pasta Salads- Quick Dinner Options

What do you think of when you hear "Pasta salad"?  I think of the common dish that offered on many salad bars that contain 95% pasta and 5% marinated veggies- mostly black olives.

I add pasta to our evening salads when I have very little preparation time (like on ball game nights).  Matthew reacts negatively to having processed grain too often, so I have to space out the nights I serve pasta salads.  I also alternate between using whole wheat pasta and a gluten free alternative.

Below are some pasta salad variations:

  2. Dear Whiteley's,

I have now added an option on the blog where you can "follow" it. Hopefully that will help the problem of not updating on your computer?

    Sincerely,
